The world of cold-chain logistics can get caught up in a race of technical specifications and feats of engineering. CSafe wanted to bring their core purpose back to the forefront – humanity. We set out to create a holistic, vibrant brand that embodied both the precise nature of their business as well as the passion that drives why they are the industry leader.
CSafe’s merger with Softbox combined multiple product lines, technologies, marketing messages and workplace cultures. Working under the banner of “At the Heart,” we were able to create a unified logic for bringing all of these threads together, while also bringing them to life with an expressive design system.
CSafe’s products epitomize the phrase “precious cargo.” We wanted people to feel 100% supported throughout their end-to-end customer journey. We created a user-friendly website, including an intuitive Product Finder experience to help people navigate the technically complex buying process. Then followed up with a “control tower” app that puts the visibility and power of CSafe’s tracking technology in the hands of users, allowing them to be certain their cargo is safe.
